THE BATTLE: update
Before the battle I was trippin like crazy!!!! Couldn’t remember my verses, sweatin my ass off, my mouth was all dry and shaky…
Then it started and it was like I just blanked out and went on auto pilot. I’m not entirely sure what i said, but I heard a lot of:
The guy I was battling didn’t even come back at me with anything. it was surreal, i had him totally shook. The judges announced me the winner.
This was my first battle, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. It was crazy, awesome, and so much fun. I have so much more respect for battle rappers and hip hop now. Seriously, everyone that battle yesterday showed a lot of heart and said some seriously crazy shit.
